washingmachinescare provides comprehensive washing machine solutions including repair, maintenance, installation, and emergency services. Our services are available to residential and commercial customers in our service areas.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
- Reside in our designated service areas
- Own the washing machine being serviced or have authorization from the owner
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via email. We offer appointment windows rather than specific times to account for travel and previous job completion times.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

Rescheduling

Pricing and Payment
Service Estimates
We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during service. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers
- Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month
- Returned payments will incur a $35 processing fee
Diagnostic Fees
A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with recommended repairs after our technician has diagnosed the issue. This fee covers the time and expertise required to identify the problem.
Warranties and Guarantees
Service Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair services. This warranty covers both labor and parts against defects in workmanship and materials.
Manufacturer Warranties
New parts and appliances come with manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in understanding and claiming these warranties, but the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranties do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from power surges, floods, or other external factors
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from improper installation by other parties
- Consequential damages such as food spoilage or water damage
Liability and Insurance
Limitation of Liability
washingmachinescare's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering our technicians and your property during service. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Important Limitation
We are not responsible for water damage, clothing damage, or other consequential damages resulting from washing machine malfunctions, regardless of cause. We recommend maintaining appropriate home insurance coverage.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide clear and safe access to the washing machine
- Disclose any known hazards or dangerous conditions
- Secure pets during service visits
- Provide accurate information about the machine's symptoms and history
- Make payment in accordance with our payment terms

Formal Dispute Resolution
If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Tech City, TC.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
